All items are made to order, we start production after your payment is confirmed.

Due to the handmade and customized nature of our products: All sales are final for non-defective orders. We DO NOT accept returns, exchanges or refunds caused by personal preference, wrong size selection, color difference or buyer’s change of mind.
Color & Size Note
Color difference: Slight color variation may exist between the real item and screen display, caused by monitor brightness and lighting. This is not a quality defect. Size tolerance: Handmade products may have minor size deviation (±0.5cm), which is normal for handcrafted mini accessories. Minor imperfections may exist on handmade items. Please do NOT purchase if you are a perfectionist.
